COMPLETE AND PARTIAL ROAD CLOSURES: Eastbound Côte-de-Liesse Road and Northbound Canora Road
Please be advised of two upcoming road closures affecting access to buildings at 5, 25, 45, 65, and 85 Brittany Avenue:
• Partial closure of northbound Canora Road, between Brittany Avenue and Côte-de-Liesse Road.
• Full and partial closure of eastbound Côte-de-Liesse Road, between Canora Road and Fleming Park.
These obstructions are due to work being conducted by the Commission des services électriques de Montréal (CSEM) on their access shafts. The work is scheduled to take place from March 17 to April 29, 2025, between 7:00 and 20:00.
Please note that the underground parking garages of the buildings will be accessible via Côte-de-Liesse, with the exception of the building located at 5 Brittany Avenue. The Town of Mount Royal encourages affected residents to obtain special authorization from Public Security for on-street parking on Brittany Avenue. To do so, please email servicestechniques@ville.mont-royal.qc.ca or call (514) 734-4666 with your vehicle's license plate numbers, registered names, and makes and models.
To ensure the collection of residual materials from the buildings located at 5 and 25 Brittany Avenue, workers will be moving the bins to Brittany Avenue. We kindly request the cooperation of building managers to ensure that the bins are placed out by 9:00 p.m. the day before collection. This will allow the teams to proceed with moving the bins before 7:00 on collection days.
