Launch of the Services for Seniors section on the website
We are pleased to announce the creation of a brand-new section on the Town of Mount Royal website, dedicated to our Seniors.
The new “Services for Seniors” section lists all the social activities and events, services and resources available to our Town's dynamic community of Seniors. As part of Quebec's “Municipalité des Amis des Aînés” program, the Town is committed to promoting active aging and offering programs tailored to the needs and interests of its senior residents, to enrich their lives and ensure they feel valued and engaged.
We offer a variety of exercise classes, from chair yoga to line dancing, as well as cultural outings and culinary experiences. Take a moment to browse through our pages and consult our latest seasonal brochure of activities planned for our seniors in Spring and Summer of 2025.
