Improvement Work in the Town Centre Area

Improvements will take place in the town centre, from mid-April to fall 2025. The objective of this work is namely to improve and secure interactions between pedestrians, cyclists and motorists.
The first site mobilization will take place on April 14.
Overview of planned work:
- Rehabilitation of the aqueduct network;
- Resurfacing of street sections;
- Repair of the Laird Bridge;
- Creation of protected two-way bicycle lanes;
- Creation of pedestrian and bicycle shelters.
Information panels like this one will be installed around the work zone.
Certain obstacles and detours are to be expected during these works/improvements; for everyone’s safety, please respect road signs in place as well as speed limits around the work sites.
