News Eastbound closure of Côte-de-Liesse Road from August 9 to 11, 2024

Eastbound closure of Côte-de-Liesse Road from August 9 to 11, 2024

The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable wishes to inform road users of the work that will require the closure of eastbound Côte-de-Liesse Road from August 9 to 11, 2024, between Highway 520 and the Décarie interchange. The work will be carried out by Carbonleo as part of the private urban development project Royalmount.

Obstacles and traffic management

  • Eastbound closure of Côte-de-Liesse Road, between Highway 520 and the Décarie interchange, from Friday 22:00 to Sunday 20:00.
  • Closure of Devonshire Road northbound, between Royalmount Avenue and Côte-de-Liesse Road, from Friday 21:00 to Sunday 21:00. Access for local traffic will be maintained with the presence of flagmen.
  • Eastbound access from Place Devonshire to Chemin de la Côte-de-Liesse will be closed from Friday 21:00 to Sunday 21:00.

Detour routes will be marked with temporary signs. Work may be postponed, extended or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or operational constraints.

These impediments are likely to cause heavy congestion. The Ministry recommends that road users avoid the area wherever possible. Users who will have to travel in the area are advised to allow extra time to reach their destination.
