Canora Station and Mount Royal Tunnel
Starting April 10, rail installation work will be conducted between Canora Station and the Mount Royal Tunnel until June 2023. This work will require excavation, drilling and piling, as well as concreting and formwork activities.
These dates are subject to change. Work prior to and following this time period will allow for the mobilization and demobilization of equipment and site clean-up.
Dunkirk Road Between Pizzaiolle and Hudson Avenue
Street light base installation work is scheduled on Dunkirk Road near Pizzaiolle next week. For safety reasons, NouvLR will close this portion of the street up to Hudson Avenue from April 11 to April 14, from 7:00 to 16:00.
Impacts and Mitigation Measures
- Noise, dust and vibrations could be generated.
- Environmental experts will conduct monitoring to ensure project criteria are met.
