International Women's Day 2024
On this March 8th, 2024, the Town of Mont-Royal wishes to highlight International Women's Day.
It is a day to recognize the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women and girls around the world. It is also an opportunity to raise awareness about the progress made in achieving gender equality and the work that remains to be done in this regard.
To honor this day, the Town wishes to spotlight its local initiative, the group of the Women’s Circle. This group is led by Judith Privé, social counselor, in collaboration with the Town of Mount Royal Reginald J. P. Dawson Library and meets every two weeks to offer an enriching experience of sharing, support, and celebration of feminine strength.
It's a space where women can connect, support each other, and celebrate their achievements!
