The Town of Mount Royal is proud to announce the signing of a new collective agreement on July 9, 2024, with the Syndicat des cols bleus regroupés de Montréal (SCFP-301), marking a stronger partnership between the two parties and improving working conditions for all employees.
This agreement, reached after months of constructive negotiations, puts in place a solid framework for labour relations and establishes the working conditions of the Town of Mont-royal's blue-collar employees for a period ending December 31, 2026, or until a new collective agreement is signed. The agreement provides for a number of improvements and new features, including :

Malouf and Town Manager Ava Couch commented: "This new collective agreement is the result of open, transparent and professional negotiations with the Syndicat des cols bleus regroupés de Montréal (SCFP-301).
