CodeRED Test Call: No Action is Required

Did you receive the CodeRED test call on Thursday evening, April 4th, around 18:00? If yes, no action is required on your part.

On Thursday evening, April 4, at around 18:00, the Town made a test call using the CodeRED emergency telephone messaging system. During this test call, the number 1 866 419-5000 should have appeared on your call display. This exercise served both to validate the numbers in the database, and to familiarize residents with the use of this system. The residents who received the call are registered on the list. In addition, you can add numbers to the call list at any time by clicking on the Emergency Measures and CodeRED section of the home page, and by filling the CodeRED enrollment form

Did not receive the test call?

If you know of any Town of Mount Royal residents or businesses who have not received this message, please do not hesitate to refer them to the same place, so that the list is up to date.

Residents who suspect they are not listed in the database can register on the CodeRED page of the Town's website by filling out the enrolment form.

Once registered, residents can update their contact information directly on the CodeRED website at any time and add up to two additional telephone numbers.

Thank you for your cooperation.
