Hydro-Qebec is to carry out work near distribution lines

In order to protect the network and minimize outages, Hydro-Québec conducts periodic interventions to clear medium-voltage lines, which involves pruning and cutting trees at risk as well as deforestation.
These works will be carried out by duly authorized personnel who prioritize environmentally friendly intervention methods to keep vegetation at a safe distance from the wires.
